Set up the test equipment
1 If you have not already done so, do the procedure “To
run the self-tests" on page 88.
2 Set up the pulse generator.
a Set up the pulse generator according to the following
table:
Connect the test equipment
1 Using two 2 x 9 test connectors, connect the logic
analyzer to the pulse generator channel outputs.
a Connect the even- numbered channels to the pulse
generator Channel 2 OUTPUT.
b Connect the odd- numbered channels the pulse
generator Channel 2 OUTPUT

2 Connect Clk1 to the pulse generator Channel 2 OUTPUT.
3 Enable the pulse generator Channel 1 and Channel 2
outputs (LEDs off).
