Repairing the Pump
Installing the Continuous Seal Wash Option
Installing the Continuous Seal Wash Option
Tools required:
❏4-mm hexagonal key
Parts:
❏Seal wash kit (01018-68722)
1 Disconnect all capillaries and tubes from the
pump head and disconnect the active inlet
valve cable.
2 Using a 4-mm hexagonal key stepwise
loosen and remove the two pump head
screws and remove the pump head from the
pump drive.
3 Place the pump head on a flat surface. Loosen
the lock screw (two revolutions) and while
holding the lower half of the assembly
carefully pull the pump head away from the
plunger housing.
