22 With ALC off, specs apply after the execution of power search. For instruments without a step attenuator,
specs apply between 0 and + 10 dBm. For instruments with the step attenuator, specs apply with Atten Hold
Off, or ALC level between 0 and +10 dBm.
23 Power search is a calibration routine that improves level accuracy in ALC-off mode. Un-pulsed RF power
will be present typically up to 50 ms when executing power search.
