4 Use Your System
If your system is equipped with a navigator, perform the tests in
Table 5 on page 116 next. If you experience problems in setting
up the tests, refer to “Solving Problems with Your System" on
page 130.
Test 3 - Receiver Testing by Measuring the Noise Floor
Preparing the Hardware
1 Connect the system as shown in Figure 49.
2 Turn on the Agilent receiver.
NOTE
Use this procedure only if you do not have a signal generator and there is
no known channel in the system. Connect a 50-ohm load (customer
supplied) to the input of the receiver.
