Configuring a Fixed IP Address

This appendix describes how to fix the IP address in the Agilent

1100 HPLC chain.

1. The Agilent 1100 HPLC must have been given a

valid IP address via the BOOTP server.

2. In a web browser (Internet explorer for example) from

the Acquisition server, type the IP address of the

HPLC chain, in the address field. If the Internet

browser is configured with a proxy server, it is

mandatory to enter the IP address of the HPLC chain

in the exceptions list. The following screen will be

displayed.
